Contact Seoul Tourism Guide

There is one form below and it reaches us directly. Corrections get read first, because a wrong opening time or a stale fare on a guide someone is reading on the KTX from Incheon is the failure mode we care most about.

If you’re sending a correction

Please include the URL of the guide and, where you can, roughly where in it the problem sits. The guides here run long, and “the Hongdae page has a wrong price” takes much more digging than “the T-money card deposit figure in the third section is out of date.” If you know what the right answer is, say so — we’ll still verify it against a source before changing anything, but it speeds the process up a great deal.

Things that go stale fastest and are always worth flagging: cafe and restaurant closures in Seongsu, Yeonnam-dong and Ikseon-dong; palace and museum hours after a seasonal schedule change; subway fares and T-money terms; tax-refund thresholds; and any change to how overseas visitors can buy concert or event tickets.

What we can and can’t help with

We’re happy to point you at the right guide, explain something a guide left unclear, or tell you what we’d do in your position on a planning question. What we can’t do is act as a travel agency. We don’t book anything, we hold no relationship with any hotel, tour or restaurant, and we can’t intervene if a booking has gone wrong.

Visas, K-ETA and entry requirements are the one area where we will always send you elsewhere rather than answer. Those rules change, they depend on your nationality, and the only answer worth having comes from the Korean immigration authorities or your nearest Korean embassy or consulate. We’d rather redirect you than be the reason someone arrives at Incheon with the wrong paperwork.

Press, business and partnerships

Use the form and pick the business option. To save time: we don’t publish guest posts, we don’t sell links or placements within guides, and we don’t accept payment for a recommendation. Enquiries of that kind won’t get a reply.

Response times

Most messages get an answer within two to three working days. Note that this site is not run from Korean time, so if you’re writing from Seoul expect the reply to land overnight. Corrections are often actioned before you get a reply — if you check the guide and it’s already been fixed, that’s why.

Send a message

So we can reply. We don't add it to any mailing list.
Paste the URL if your message is about a specific guide — it makes corrections much faster to action.

The form asks for your email only so we can reply to you. It isn’t added to a mailing list, and there is no mailing list to add it to. See the privacy policy for what happens to what you send.
